"HOW TO BE RICH!"
I was recently introduced to a marvelous teacher named Dr. Robert Anthony. He has written numerous books that deal with quantum physics. I bought a course from him called "Learn How to Be Rich." I just finished listening to the first lesson, and it I am very impressed
Following are the notes I prepared after listening to lesson one. If I have not been clear in my meaning, or you would like to discuss any of the points Dr. Anthony made, please give me a call.

LESSON ONE
1 - The life you live is the result of what you pay attention to. You can choose your own reality. In fact, you had better choose carefully.
2 - "Trying" is lying. Trying to do something will not get the job done. Doing it will.
3 - This course will require about six hours of my time. Here is how to put that into perspective. I have been alive for 62 years. 62x 365x 24 equals 543,120 hours. Six hours to change my life is a minuscule investment of time.
4 - Nine of Dr. Anthony's books came with this course. Read them.
5 - Avoid negative thinking at all costs. This means not watching the news, negative movies or books, television in general. Also, religion spends too much time focusing on what you shouldn't do and how you will be punished if you do. Get rid of all this crap.
6 - Make a list of things to do based on Creating Affluence.
7 - I can't change the world, or solve global problems, by worrying about them. I need to heal myself, first and foremost, if I am going to be of any value to the world.
8 - Don't try to change others. It is impossible, and will pull you down. Change yourself.
9 - Learn to live in the now, and practiced making now happy.
10 - When faced with unfortunate situations in the lives of people you love, just to assure them that "it will be okay." Do not wallow in the sorrow or the fear. Just send them love.
11 - Our reality is most affected by our emotions. You need to practice feeling good. Focus on positive emotions like happy, excited, proud, grateful, and loved.
12 - Practice the art Dr. Anthony calls the "flip switch". This tool is based on the fact that our thoughts produce feelings, which produce vibrations, which determines what we attract. Whenever you catch yourself engaging in negativity, stop it right now. Come up with a list of thoughts that make you feel better, and focus on them for at least 17 seconds every time you catch your self. (Use music here).
13 - Our thought habits create our reality. You need to craft new habits of thinking in order to become a positive, relaxed, happy person.
